The Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) opens in Cebu

I never had much fascination with food, not until I was invited to a Culinary Art party hosted by The Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) last May 28.
AICA’s new Cebu City home is located at The Gallery along Juan Luna Street corner Golam Drive, Mabolo, Cebu City. It was formally opened last May 16 in an unusual intimate gathering of family and friends of the newest Cebu cooking school’s owners — Michael Moreno Tiaoqui and Chef Johann Chiongbian Young.
The day when almost a dozen blogger, including PINOY TRAVELLER was invited , was no different than the opening. We as guests and alternative media representatives were treated to an interesting discussion about food which will definitely enthrall newbies like me. Cocktails were also served that interesting afternoon.
It’s student lounge is carefully designed with comfort in mind and at the same time the ability to provide quality learning to soon to be kitchen masters.
